Post by mrgarf on Wed Nov 04, 2009 4:47 pm

after quite a while i have bought a vw again,as some will know life has been pant for last year, been at all shows drinking rather than showing a car but things are changing time to step back up to the plate and enjoy my dubbing, this is a tight little budget thing , ive bought her with a years mot, months tax electric everything , 2 previous owners and 126k oh yes she has working climatronic too the car isnt perfect(paint has a few marks) but as a runner she will do dandy cant complain for 5000(typo should be 500) quid , plans are simple cheap coilovers spme interesting wheels choice leather job about done , so ladies and gentleman here is kristal the hoe (vento 2.0 gl )

Looking nice, A few subtle mods and it'll be a right looker!

    My Jetta was a GL - it's like it's younger brother/sister...!

    Audrey for me too.

How about some 17" Audi Winters for the Hoe... I've just put in an enquiry on a set the same as I had on the A4. Interested?

I really like them, I think they're a really underated wheel. You don't see many cars running them, which is always good. When I first got into aircooled VW's back in about 1989/1990, I remember somebody building a Beetle with them on and it looked top of the pops.
